Our client recently negotiated the sale of 1.5 acres of land to a neighbour. The land was registered as part of a larger title near Loughborough and Topographical.co.uk were approached in order to split the land up accurately and produce a Land Registry compliant plan to support the conveyance.
To keep our land survey services as low a price as possible for our client, our surveyors installed temporary, approximate marker posts at the time of the boundary measurements. Once the survey had been processed back in the office and the area to be split had been calculated, measurements from the temporary marker posts were provided. This allowed the client and neighbour to mark out the 1.5 acre plot accurately on site in Loughborough without need of a revisit from our land surveyors.
